Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 18300 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 18300 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
This platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful under the applicable laws in your place of residence.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
To access the full range of services on 18300, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are solely responsible for ensuring the validity of all information submitted during the registration process.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is entirely your responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us within a reasonable time. 18300 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all their activities on the platform comply with applicable local laws. 18300 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance and security purposes.
Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 18300 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or breach the platform's security systems.
- Using automation software, bots, or third-party systems to access or manipulate the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Spreading false, misleading, or reputation-damaging information about the platform to others.
- Sharing your account or allowing a third party to use it.
- Taking any action that undermines the integrity of the games or the experience of other users on the platform.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freezing, and legal action where deemed necessary by 18300.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 18300 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name and does not involve any third party.
Deposits successfully credited to an account are final and non-reversible except in circumstances recognised under the platform's policies. Withdrawals will only be processed once identity verification is complete and there are no unresolved compliance issues on the account.
18300 reserves the right to freeze or withhold any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, the platform may request additional supporting documents before approving any fund transfers.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the payment method and are subject to the limits in effect at the time of the transaction. Users are advised to check the latest information in the platform's payment section.
Liability Limits and Account Closure Policy
Limitation of Liability
18300 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform remains available and reliable at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or errors.
Account Suspension and Closure
18300 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
- Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or match manipulation.
- Failure to fulfil an identity verification request within the stipulated timeframe.
- Receipt of a verified complaint relating to account misuse.
In the event of an account closure for legitimate reasons, any existing balance may be withheld pending an ongoing internal investigation. 18300 reserves the right to freeze funds until the investigation is concluded.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 18300 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 18300 or its relevant licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 18300 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the terms and policies of third parties separately.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
18300 reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through the platform. Continued use following the effective date of any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia.
